To foster a culture of innovation among students and teachers outside the Abhyudaya programme, driving systemic change through new pedagogies.
In collaboration with Curiosity Gym, 15 hours of instruction are provided to students and teachers during the academic year.

Enhanced critical thinking and creativity, teamwork, confidence, and problem-solving skills.
Project exhibitions provide a way for students to demonstrate transformation and their ability to collaborate and present solutions.
Empowering the urban vulnerable groups
Youth-led community problem-solving
Equip youth in underserved communities with the skills and resources to identify, investigate, and solve local challenges. This initiative is implemented in collaboration with Apnalaya in Nehru Nagar, Andheri K-West ward.
- Identify local youth as champions of change.
- Trained to mobilise their peers and lead community-based initiatives:
- Organised Aadhar card drives.
- Collaborated with BMC to initiate regular sanitation and cleaning services.
- Facilitated school admissions for 10 children by completing necessary documentation.
- SPJIMR students share their skills and knowledge:
- Conduct weekly digital literacy sessions for children in the community.
- Focus on building basic computer skills and promoting meaningful use of technology.
Empowering the future
To empower entrepreneurs particularly those from underserved backgrounds to scale their ventures, drive impact, and contribute to inclusive economic growth. An SPJIMR initiative in collaboration with Centre for Family Business & Entrepreneurship (CFBE) and Abhyudaya.

A pilot cohort of seven alumni Sitaras went through a four-month programme covering finance, marketing, operations and leadership.
