Arman studied in an all-boys, Urdu-medium school. When he transitioned to a co-educational environment, the experience was overwhelming. He attributes the exposure provided by Abhyudaya to the confidence, adaptability, and acceptance of others that he developed over time.

Through this journey, Arman learned the importance of listening to himself while also valuing
guidance from subject experts and experienced individuals when making informed decisions.
Currently with Sun Pharma, Arman manages global procurement for packaging materials, with a
specialised focus on plastics. With six years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging procurement,
he brings strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cross-functional
collaboration. Previously, at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, he played a key role in procurement for new
product development, supporting launches through timely sourcing, cost optimisation, and quality-
driven vendor partnerships. His career reflects a strong blend of operational excellence, innovation
support, and global exposure within the pharmaceutical packaging landscape.
Arman’s aspires to lead global procurement at an organisational level, driving strategic impact while
building systems that value both performance and people. Alongside professional growth, he is deeply motivated to pursue entrepreneurship, creating something of his own that allows greater
control over work–life balance without compromising on excellence.

Arman was recently married, and members of the Abhyudaya team were present to celebrate this
