Reflecting on her journey, Sapana shares: “During my education,Abhyudaya provided me with valuable guidance: how to prepare job applications, which skills to develop, and how to approach interviews. Their support did not stop with education; they also helped me understand how to transition into the workforce, what to expect from professional environments, and how to adapt to them.”
This mentorship played a crucial role in helping Sapana make informed career decisions. Even today, whenever she faces challenges or needs support, she turns to her Abhyudaya ‘bhaiyas’ (brothers) and ‘didis’ (sisters).
Sapana began her career as a sales officer, a role that came with its own pressures and challenges. She later trained in society management and accounting, and is now working as a Society Manager. Married and a mother to a young daughter, Sapana aspires to continue growing professionally, provide financial stability for her family, and contribute meaningfully to society.
“Through hard work and determination, I have reached this position and am earning a good income. I have fulfilled one of my dreams — buying a home for my family. It may have been a small dream, but achieving it has given me the confidence to dream bigger.”
